¦ Lubomatic Conveyor Lubrication System
In this system the pump is operated pneumatically and the sensing of the parts to be lubricated is by proximity switch. The mist ejecteors / nozzles are so arranged / fixed that when the proximity switch sense the point on the conveyor, the pump is operated and instantly the nozzles eject atomised air oil mist exactly on the conveyors points to be lubricated. This goes on repeating. When the oil level in the reservoir goes down to critical level it is sensed by float switch & alarm is indicated on the pannel.

The quantity of oil required can be controlled precisely & only required volumes of oil is delivered to the conveyor components. There is no wastage & dripping of oil.
